A true chef can cook a great meal anywhere and with the simplest ingredients. When you’re out at sea, you may have access to fresh seafood, but there’s no corner grocer to help you out with the staples.
My cookbooks and recipes are the result of two decades of cooking at sea in the tiny galley on the LaDonna Rose, the commercial fishing boat my husband Ole and I operate together out of Ketchikan, Alaska. They are filled with creative yet simple recipes fit for land and sea. I hope you enjoy them!
