I’m a huge fan of shrimp, and this cookbook has exceeded my expectations! The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are simple.  I’ve tried the Roasted Shrimp with Rosemary and Thyme and the Rainbow Spring Roll Bowls and both were delicious. I can’t wait to try the other recipes! Anne S.
